CocoMemo Terms of Use

Effective: October 21, 2026 (Version 1)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the CocoMemo app ("App") provided by QuickServe Inc. ("we"). You will be asked to agree to these Terms before sending your first comment. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. Sharing and comments

The App lets you share memos and exchange comments within groups of people you have invited. Comments are visible to the members of the group the memo is shared with.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited in anything you enter in the App, including memos, comments and nicknames:

3. Reporting and hiding

To report an inappropriate comment, long-press it or tap the "⋮" button next to it and choose "Report". The same menu also offers "Hide comments from this person", which stops that person's comments from appearing on your screen. Group creators can remove members, and any member can leave a group.

4. Our response

We aim to review reports within 24 hours. If we determine that content violates these Terms, we may, without prior notice, delete the comment, dissolve the group, or suspend use of the App. Comments containing inappropriate words may be rejected when they are sent. Report records are kept for up to 90 days for review and to prevent recurrence, and are then deleted.

5. Disclaimer

Disputes between users should be resolved between those users. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or that location-based notifications will always be delivered. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when necessary. For significant changes, we will ask for your agreement again in the App.
